Mr. Ramesh Shinde graduated from the College of Engineering Pune in the year 1970. After his graduation, Mr. Ramesh Shinde joined the Environmental Engineering Department of Maharashtra & served there for almost 8 years. Later, he was selected in Class – I cadre for the post of Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil) in the Maharashtra State Electricity Board. After serving the board for about 7 years he resigned from the job & started the business of Engineering & Management Consultancy for various Civil Engineering Projects.
Mr. Ramesh Shinde has a massive experience of over 41 years on various large scale & complex projects in the fields of Water Supply, Lift Irrigation, Stormwater, Underground Drainage, Earthen Dams & Building Works.

Mr. Nikhil Shinde, B.E.Civil, M.S.Civil, E.I.T.

Mr. Nikhil Shinde graduated from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering, Pune (Pune University) in the year 2003 & then went on to pursue the Masters degree in Civil Engineering at Clemson University, South Carolina, USA. While doing his masters, he was selected as a Research Assistant to carry out extensive R & D work on various Civil Engineering Projects. After completing his Masters in the year 2005 he joined Iteris Inc. at Atlanta, USA & worked there for about four years on world class Civil Engineering Projects before joining Shinde Associates in the year 2009.
Mr. Nikhil Shinde has an invaluable experience of over 9 years in the fields of Transportation Engineering, Water Supply, Lift Irrigation, Stormwater, Underground Drainage, GIS and Building Works.
